Job summary

RPC, Inc. seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee the rigging up and running of equipment on rigs in Oklahoma City. You will report to the District/Location Manager and supervise field personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations and strict adherence to company policies.

You will coordinate tool preparation, mobilization, inspections and reporting, act as a liaison with the customer, and participate in JSA discussions to identify hazards and maintain high safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supervising rigging up and running equipment on rigs.
• Ability to implement company policies and safety procedures on location.
• Proven track record in maintaining equipment and tools in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging up and running applicable equipment on rigs.
• Coordinate with District/Location Manager and customer representatives.
• Prepare and mobilize tools; perform periodic tool inspections and file reports.
• Act as liaison between the company and customer representative.
• Assist Specialists, Supervisors and other Service Assistants.
• Identify hazards during JSA discussions and address safety concerns.
• Perform on-location duties as required.

Coordinates and supervises the rigging up and running of applicable equipment on the rigs safely and efficiently.Reports directly to the District/Location Manager and should possess management authority and responsibility for control over field operations. Successfully supervises subordinate employees or contractors in the locations operations. Coordinates and supervises the rigging up and running of applicable equipment on the rigs safely and efficiently. Implements company policies, procedures and maintenance of equipment on the rig. Preparation and mobilization of tools; periodic tool inspections and filing of all pertinent reports. Must be able to perform all duties on location if necessary. Acts as a liaison between the company and the customer representative. Provides assistance to Specialists, Supervisors and other Service Assistants. Participates in JSA discussion identifies safety hazards. Rig up and maintain equipment on location. Help clean and maintain equipment. Inspect tools prior to use and maintain in good working order. Other duties as assigned.
