The candidate will implement company policies, mobilize tools, inspect equipment, and act as the main liaison with customer representatives. On-site presence and readiness for varied duties are essential.

• Coordinates and supervises rigging up and running of equipment on rigs safely and efficiently.
• Reports to District/Location Manager with management authority over field operations.
• Supervises subordinate employees or contractors in location operations.
• Implements company policies and maintenance of equipment on the rig.
• Prepares and mobilizes tools; conducts periodic tool inspections and reports.
• Works on location if necessary.
• Acts as liaison between the company and customer representative.
• Assists Specialists, Supervisors and Service Assistants.
• Participates in JSA discussions to identify safety hazards.
• Rigs up and maintains equipment on location.
• Cleans and maintains equipment.
• Inspects tools prior to use and keeps in good working order.
• Other duties as assigned.

Successfully supervises subordinate employees or contractors in the locations operations. Preparation and mobilization of tools; periodic tool inspections and filing of all pertinent reports. Must be able to perform all duties on location if necessary. Acts as a liaison between the company and the customer representative. Provides assistance to Specialists, Supervisors and other Service Assistants. Participates in JSA discussion identifies safety hazards. Rig up and maintain equipment on location. Help clean and maintain equipment. Inspect tools prior to use and maintain in good working order. Other duties as assigned.
