Job summary

Cudd Energy Services is looking for a candidate to coordinate equipment assimilation between slab, yard, trucking, management, sales, and customers. The role involves dispatch/clerical work, maintaining logs and reports, and making decisions based on established policies.

Key responsibilities include creating delivery tickets in the RTMS system and ensuring communication flows smoothly among all parties involved, working under the guidance of the Assistant District/Location Manager.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch/Clerical work operating and coordinating the operational system.
• Make decisions based on established policies and procedures.
• Receive, relay, and transmit routing of calls from customers and sales.
• Maintain a log of telephone calls and other pertinent information.
• Maintain incident reports of complaints, and prepare and type a variety of reports.
• Coordinate equipment assimilation between slab, trucking, and yard personnel.
• Create delivery tickets in RTMS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
