Job summary

Srinav Inc. is seeking a PSA Engineer – Network/Transmission to support remote delivery of energy management solutions in the USA. The role requires strong hands-on experience with EMS, transmission applications, and modern software practices.

You will work primarily on customizing and deploying EMS for transmission systems, using C/Java, and ensuring cross‑platform compatibility on Linux and Windows. A remote, long-term engagement is offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating and delivering Energy Management Systems.
• Experience with e-terrra AEMS – Reliance is preferred.
• Experience with transmission power systems applications (Load flow, contingency analysis, Power Factor).
• 5+ years programming in C/Java or equivalent.
• 5+ years using Linux and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Customize and deliver Energy Management Systems.
• Develop transmission system applications (load flow, contingency analysis, power factor).
• Code in C or Java; debug and optimize across Linux and Windows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable EMS deployment.
