Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced Industrial/Operations Engineer to support the PS&L engineering services team within FCSD. In this role, you will be supporting the engineering services team within Parts Supply & Logistics (PS&L) within Ford’s Customer Service Division (FCSD). In this role you will be tasked with supporting PS&L’s operations network by (1) continuously improving facility layout/design working collaboratively with plant leadership(2) researching best in class operational practices, developing strategies and business cases (3) executing/implementing approved continuous improvement strategies/projects. (4) supporting implementation of advanced technology solutions in an operations environment.

This position is a salary grade 6 or 7 and ranges from $72,480-$141,360.
