Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and guiding employees through the WellU program at the Osher Center for Integrative Health. Collaborates directly with employees to create individualized wellness plans based on employee Health Risk Assessment results. Acts as a liaison between employees and various programs and services to ensure timely access and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage Health Risk Assessment (HRA) dashboards and reports.
  2. Review HRA results daily to address high-risk results.
  3. Program Enrollment and Orientation: assist employees in navigating the WellU program, facilitate HRA enrollment, and conduct orientations.
  4. Tailored Care Pathway Support: review individual HRA results, provide consultations, develop personalized wellness plans, and follow-up.
  5. Resource Coordination: coordinate with internal and external departments, maintain resource knowledge, assist in scheduling.
  6. Program Promotion and Outreach: promote the program via various channels, organize events, distribute informational materials.
  7. Data Collection and Reporting: track participation, collect feedback, prepare reports.
  8. Collaboration and Teamwork: work with program leadership and colleagues to align and enhance initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communication, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Effective communication skills required. Experience in oncology or working with complex patients is preferred. Must meet all patient-sensitive position requirements, including immunizations per CDC standards. Ability to perform essential functions as outlined in the job description.

Preferences

  • 2-3 years in wellness or health-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Knowledge of integrative health principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Redcap database.
  • Experience in higher education setting.
  • Health coaching certification preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
