Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and guiding employees through the WellU program at the Osher Center for Integrative Health. Collaborates directly with employees to create individualized wellness plans based on employee Health Risk Assessment results. Acts as a liaison between employees and various programs and services to ensure timely access and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Health Risk Assessment (HRA) dashboards and reports.
  2. Review HRA results daily to ensure no high-risk results go unresolved.
  3. Program Enrollment and Orientation: Assist employees in navigating the WellU program and its benefits, facilitate HRA enrollment, and conduct orientation sessions.
  4. Tailored Care Pathway Support: Review individual HRA results, provide consultations, develop personalized wellness plans, and offer ongoing support.
  5. Resource Coordination: Coordinate with departments and providers, maintain resource knowledge, and assist in scheduling.
  6. Program Promotion and Outreach: Promote the program, organize promotional activities, and create informational materials.
  7. Data Collection and Reporting: Track participation, collect feedback, and prepare reports.
  8. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with program leadership and colleagues to align initiatives and share best practices.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Communication, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated communication skills required. Experience in oncology or working with high-acuity patients may be preferred. This role is patient-sensitive and requires vaccination according to CDC standards and hospital policy. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to perform essential functions as outlined.

  • Knowledge of integrative health principles
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Redcap
  • Experience in higher education
  • Certification in health coaching or related fields
  • Bilingual abilities
