Prudential invites motivated interns to join our Risk Management Internship Program in Newark, NJ. Over approximately 10 weeks, you will engage in impactful projects within the Enterprise Risk Management function, gaining exposure to risk quantification, limits, and trend analysis.
Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program (graduating Dec 2027–May 2029) with a minimum 3.0 GPA and US employment authorization. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Program Dates: Monday, June 7th, 2027 – Friday, August 13th, 2027

Your placement within the Risk Management Internship Program will be in the following area: Financial Markets Risk Management: The pillars of this function are risk quantification, risk constraints (limits), credit analysis, and strategic review of sectors and trends.
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029
Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred

Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Intellectually curious and open to change
Knowledge of spreadsheet/database software preferred
Ability to balance competing agendas
Familiar and comfortable with quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to manage complexity in assignments
Inclined to challenge the status quo…constructively!
Note: The salary range for this role is $34.00-$36.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
