The 10-week internship offers hands-on reconciliation, financial analysis, and exposure to leadership development opportunities with mentorship and coaching. Candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor's program with graduation between December 2027 and May 2029, maintain a 3.2 GPA or higher, and possess US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Preferred 3.2 GPA and above.
• Must possess US employment authorization; Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis is valued.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to support reconciliation and analysis of financial results.
• Collaborate with business partners on key deliverables.
• Analyze current financial operations and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Assist in special projects, ad-hoc reports, and analyses.
• Placement within Finance Internship Program in areas such as Planning & Analysis, Controllers, Treasury Expense Management, Tax, or Internal Audit.

As an intern in FIP, you can find yourself in a line of business or a Corporate Finance function, analyzing data while working side-by-side with Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Associates and business leaders. As an FIP intern, you are given meaningful responsibilities and will have the opportunity to present your newly learned skills to your team during this 10-week experience. The goal of this internship is to identify top talent for our FLDP. FLDP is our full-time, rotational program in Corporate Finance, and focuses on developing future leaders by combining on‑the‑job training with formal training classes, special project assignments, mentoring and coaching.

What you’ll need

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Preferred areas of study: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, and/or Operations.
• Preferred 3.2 GPA and above.
• Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
• Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration.
• It’d be a plus if you had: Strong interest in Finance, Proficiency in technical tools, with a particular focus on Excel, Strong ability to adapt to changing environments, think critically to solve problems, collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management, Experience in leading ideas, teams, and initiatives, Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

Note: The salary range for this role is $33.00-$35.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
