Prudential is seeking rising juniors/seniors to join the 2027 Corporate Finance Internship Program (FIP) in Newark, NJ, hybrid. The 10-week internship offers hands-on experience across planning, controllers, treasury, tax, and more, with mentorship and a path to FLDP opportunities.

Participants will apply finance and accounting knowledge to real-world analyses, collaborate with partners, and contribute to process improvements. Visa sponsorship is not provided; applications due Sept 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Preferred majors: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, MIS, and/or Operations.
• Preferred 3.2 GPA and above.

The vision of Global Finance is to be the preeminent Finance team in Financial Services. Our Mission is to enable superior value propositions for Customers, Investors and Employees. We support business growth strategies & initiatives within Global Retirement & Insurance, PGIM, and International. As an intern in FIP, you can find yourself in a line of business or a Corporate Finance function, analyzing data while working side-by-side with Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Associates and business leaders. As an FIP intern, you are given meaningful responsibilities and will have the opportunity to present your newly learned skills to your team during this 10-week experience. The goal of this internship is to identify top talent for our FLDP.

FLDP is our full-time, rotational program in Corporate Finance, and focuses on developing future leaders by combining on-the-job training with formal training classes, special project assignments, mentoring and coaching.

What you'll need:

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Preferred areas of study: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, and/or Operations.
• Preferred 3.2 GPA and above
• Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

It’d be a plus if you had:

• Strong interest in Finance
• Proficiency in technical tools, with a particular focus on Excel
• Strong ability to adapt to changing environments, think critically to solve problems, collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management.
• Experience in leading ideas, teams, and initiatives
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this role is $33.00-$35.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
