Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing technician teams in proving grounds or closed-course environments.
• Ability to coordinate testing across multiple facilities and teams.
• Experience adapting to rapidly changing software/firmware and hardware configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and novel testing program requirements with high detail and concise feedback.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs with extended workforce teams and vendor managers.
• Coordinate testing priorities and workflows with cross-functional engineering leads.
• Plan, manage and scale teams and resources to meet program milestones.
