Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Provider Solutions Specialist to join our Asheville, NC team. This role blends customer service, project management, sales, leadership, and training to train and support providers in health IT across the continuum.

The role focuses on adopting HCA technologies, coordinating provider requests, and delivering hands-on training while partnering with Provider Relations and Medical Staff teams to ensure secure access to patient data and smooth

Qualifications

• College graduate or advanced course studies or related experience, preferred.
• 3 years previous experience in healthcare related field preferred.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with implementation and support of systems and technologies.
• Provide physician technology support to facility-based and referring physicians.
• Coordinate physician and physician office service requests and incident resolutions.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for provider support.
• Plan, develop and deliver training for providers and hospital staff on new applications and workflows.
• Promote system security and patient confidentiality and help ensure compliance.
