Forus, a NY-based AI-powered healthcare network, seeks a Provider Success leader to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion for a portfolio of provider organizations. You will partner with providers to map workflows, secure executive buy-in, and scale usage across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or post-sales operations.
• Ability to map stakeholders and guide decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Strong data-driven approach to diagnose issues and drive actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of provider organizations from onboarding to activation and growth.
• Lead providers through workflow changes and secure executive buy-in.
• Build trusted relationships across frontline staff to executives.
• Analyze adoption patterns and identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Lead business and adoption reviews linking provider priorities to outcomes.
• Own provider escalations across Operations and Product until resolution.
• Define and refine the Provider Success playbook and engagement models.
