Job summary

MoveDocs is seeking a highly responsive Servicing Representative to support the Provider Servicing Team within Libra Solutions. You will manage a portfolio of cases, coordinate with attorneys and providers, and help drive win/win negotiations and timely settlements.

The role emphasizes customer/partner experience, operational performance, and data-driven decision-making to achieve performance targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2+ years of work experience in an office type environment or contact center environment.
• Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services Industries – personal injury experience.
• Ability to understand and integrate data-driven decision-making into Negotiations and Settlement processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of assigned cases and deliver exceptional customer experience results while meeting performance targets.
• Act as back-up for Team Members away from their desk or out of the office.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while driving identified performance targets and SLAs.
• Assess complex cases and enable collaborative win/win settlement outcomes with law firms.
