Job summary

PROVE Partners is seeking a Servicing Specialist (remote) to join a fast-paced team. You will make 50–100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers to obtain case status updates and negotiate settlements. You will handle emails, perform research on complex cases, and support smooth case progression with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make 50–100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers to gather case status updates.
• Negotiate settlement terms with law firms and providers in a friendly and fair manner.
• Send, receive, and respond to emails related to case progress and inquiries.
• Research and track down important information for special or complex cases.
