Responsibilities

• Answer verbal, written and electronic inquiries with complete and accurate information regarding Martin’s Point USFHP and Medicare programs.
• Provide education on policies, procedures and self-service options.
• Respond to inquiries and partner with provider on next steps and resolution.
• Document all inquiries with accurate information following workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Build trusting relationships with internal and external customers to create world-class service.
