Job summary

Key Benefit Administrators is seeking a Provider Relations Representative to oversee network relationships, development, and contract functions for Key Family. The role focuses on strategic direction and ensuring compliant, productive partnerships within the health insurance network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare network relations, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills. Travel may be required to meet network partners and clients as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network-related experience in healthcare or TPA setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in relationship management with networks, clients and brokers.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• People and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network relationships and maintain contracts.
• Coordinate with network partners, Sales, Direct to Employer team and operations.
• Provide professional communication with networks and clients.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitive landscape.
• Negotiate and coordinate new/renewing network contracts with legal/VP.
• Establish direct-to-employer opportunities and partnerships.
• Escalate network issues to VP and resolve.
• Travel as needed for networks/clients.
• Perform additional related duties.
