Job summary

Optum is seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator to liaison with the physician network, deliver responsive support, and help with onboarding and data management.

You will develop performance reports, support quality measures like HEDIS and CAHPS, coordinate communications, and collaborate across departments to improve provider growth and satisfaction. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a pay range of $20–$36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Health plan, managed care organization, medical group physician office, IPA, or related work experience
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite
• Experience working within a team-oriented environment
• Proven excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Optum and the provider network to support satisfaction and efficiency
• Coordinate provider communications and onboarding processes
• Prepare performance reports, scorecards, and action plans for quality measures
• Conduct provider and member outreach and assist with data management
• Support escalation management and provider training activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor trends and growth
