Job summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a proactive Provider Relations Specialist to support surgeons, restorative doctors, and anesthesia providers across our nationwide centers. This hybrid role focuses on onboarding, scheduling, travel, and cross-functional communication to ensure a seamless provider experience and uninterrupted center operations.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding providers from contract signing through first 60 days.
• Coordinate schedules, coverage, and provider appointments to minimize disruptions.
• Arrange travel for provider training, onboarding, and coverage.
• Build provider relationships and address questions and challenges.
• Coordinate provider departures, PTO and payroll updates.
• Travel to support new center launches and provider transitions.
• Collaborate with center leadership, clinical teams, Compliance, Payroll, Data, and Recruiting.
• Support licensing and credentialing requirements and ensure accurate compensation.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, trackers, and documentation; identify workflow improvements.
