Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; healthcare degree preferred.
• Five years of provider support, education, negotiations, relationship management or contracting experience.
• One year of behavioral health experience required; Texas Medicaid experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Performs research and resolution of claims processing workflow and provider reimbursement issues.
• Uses analytic tools to track health risks, compliance, and support contract negotiations.
• Executes provider recruitment to ensure network adequacy and fills network access gaps.
• On-boards, educates, and conducts outreach to ensure provider adoption and compliance with quality programs.
• Conducts organized meetings with providers and develops materials and action plans.
• Supports and collaborates with all Parkland Health Plan functional areas on system-wide initiatives.
