MomentMD is seeking a Provider Relations Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with some remote flexibility. You will recruit and onboard a network of licensed clinicians delivering telemedicine services through MomentMD, while coordinating credentialing, compliance, and performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align provider capacity with university partner needs, support telemedicine workflows, and address operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

Role Description The Provider Relations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for sourcing, building, and recruiting a network of healthcare providers who deliver services through the MomentMD platform. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding providers, coordinating credentialing and compliance, and monitoring performance and quality of care. The Provider Network Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align provider capacity with university partner needs, support telemedicine workflows, and address operational issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with providers, analyzing data to identify gaps or opportunities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance access, efficiency, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years recruiting, credentialing, or managing relationships withlicensed clinicians(MD, DO, NP, PA). General healthcare staffing experience placing medical assistants, front desk, or allied support is not a substitute.
• Proven outbound experience. You have personally sourced and contacted clinicians who did not apply to you, and turned those messages into conversations.
• Background in healthcare operations, provider relations, or telemedicine is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across clinical and academic environments.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements in provider recruitment efficiency and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, telehealth regulations, and university health systems is a plus.
• Able to run a pipeline of dozens of candidates at once without anything going stale.
