Qualifications

• Three+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with measurable attainment.
• Experience selling into higher education, academic health programs, or healthcare orgs.
• Background in Medicine (MD/DO) or Nursing (NP/RN/DNP) with clinical practice preferred.
• Familiarity with digital health, telemedicine workflows, and integration into clinical training.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new university partnerships from inception through procurement.
• Lead across medical schools, PA, NP, and DNP programs to land agreements.
• Collaborate with product and operations to refine the platform based on partner feedback.

Role Description

The Director of Clinical Education Partnerships is a full time, hybrid role responsible for leading and expanding clinical education collaborations with colleges and universities. You will build and close new university partnerships from nothing. Medical schools, PA programs, NP and DNP programs. Full cycle: sourcing the program, earning the first meeting, running the process through faculty committee and procurement, and landing a agreement . This role also collaborates internally with product and operations teams to refine the platform based on partner feedback, track program outcomes, and prepare concise reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a quota-carrying sales role, with attainment you can speak to specifically.
• Experience selling into higher education, academic health programs, or healthcare organizations
• Candidates should possess a background in Medicine (MD, DO) or Nursing (NP, RN, DNP) or a related clinical field, with active or prior clinical practice preferred.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital health, telemedicine workflows, and integration of technology into clinical training environments.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across academic, clinical, and technical teams.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational initiatives.

Preferred

• Sold into medical schools, PA programs, NP or DNP programs, or nursing programs specifically.
• Familiarity with clinical education, clinical placements, or accreditation requirements (ARC-PA, CCNE, LCME, COCA)
• Disciplined CRM habits.

$85,000 base. $110,000-$135,000 OTE
