MomentMD is seeking a Provider Relations Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with some remote flexibility. You will recruit and onboard a network of licensed clinicians delivering telemedicine services through MomentMD, while coordinating credentialing, compliance, and performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align provider capacity with university partner needs, support telemedicine workflows, and address operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Two or more years recruiting, credentialing, or managing relationships with licensed clinicians (MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Proven outbound experience sourcing clinicians not applying to you and converting conversations.
• Background in healthcare operations, provider relations, or telemedicine is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Source, recruit, and onboard a network of healthcare providers delivering services via MomentMD.
• Coordinate credentialing and compliance for providers and monitor performance/quality of care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider capacity with university partner needs and telemedicine workflows.
• Maintain relationships with providers and analyze data to identify gaps or opportunities, driving process improvements.
