Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of customer service, healthcare operations, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and administrative practices; healthcare/provider operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow established procedures, workflows, and documentation standards accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine provider inquiries regarding eligibility, referrals, claims, credentialing status, and basic operational processes.
• Provide standard information about provider processes, tools, portal resources, and required next steps.
• Document provider interactions, case details, actions taken, and required follow-up in CRM and tracking systems.
• Complete routine research and follow-up using established workflows and reference materials.
• Route or escalate provider issues to the appropriate team when needed.
