Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily provider interactions, resolve operational issues, and log issues and progress.
• Negotiate provider contracts within established guidelines and timelines; prepare summary reports.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for small providers using standardized templates.
• Analyze contracting and financial data to identify opportunities for improved provider engagement and contract value.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms, regulatory requirements, and budget targets; maintain records of provider contacts.
