Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 3 years of professional or educational experience in developmental disabilities or related field.
• Driver's License and SSA Initial certification.

Responsibilities

• Compile information and data; reviews current treatment and compliance of service providers with rules and regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to SSA staff in reviewing information related to UI/Major Unusual Incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of rule, Health and Welfare Alerts and rule changes.
• Maintain annual satisfaction surveys and other surveys; provide tracking reports, trends, and patterns as requested.
• Coordinate training and provider meetings; maintain training resources and materials; support certification/recertification with DODD.
