Job Summary:
The Provider Relations Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the PR team by managing documentation, coordinating provider communications, and ensuring the accuracy of provider data . This role is responsible for assisting with maintaining provider records, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries from healthcare providers . The Administrative C oordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations within the provider relations department and supports compliance with regulatory requirements . Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter new agreements into Salesforce.
Ensure that Beacon has updated provider information.
Track TPA Tickets on the spreadsheet on the SharePoint .
Maintaining accuracy of current files
Maintenance and updates of existing information
Copies and fax documents, as requested , in an efficient manner.
Manage the provider network email box.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
Proficiency with computer applications
Ability to work independently.
High school graduate, some college or degree preferred.
