Freeman Health System seeks a Provider Recruitment Assistant to support the full recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers, with a focus on locum tenens sourcing, candidate coordination, and site visit logistics.

This role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders by managing scheduling and administrative workflows, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills to keep processes on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of administrative or recruitment support experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
