Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years working for a health plan and/or a provider's office.
• 1+ year of STARs experience.
• Proven communication and presentation skills.
• Proven relationship-building with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• 60% travel weekly and 40% remote work.

Responsibilities

• Travel across territory to discuss UHG tools and programs with providers.
• Execute provider incentive programs for the health plan.
• Establish long-term consultative relationships with physicians, medical groups, IPAs and ACOs.
• Develop provider-specific plans to improve HEDIS performance.
• Provide coaching on program implementation and barrier resolution.
• Lead Stars-focused meetings with provider groups to drive improvement.
• Provide progress reports to health plan leadership on performance.
• Prepare reports and materials for monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Collaborate with plan leaders on initiatives to close gaps.
• Create strategy plans for targeted provider groups to boost care quality.
