Responsibilities

• Drive Provider Performance across cost, quality, access, and network metrics.
• Own performance management for assigned providers.
• Identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted performance improvement plans.
• Monitor results and adjust strategies for sustained improvement.
• Lead provider partnerships and regular performance reviews.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations.
