Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
• At least 1 year of hospital or medical group payroll experience or payroll coordinator experience.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge; comfortable processing timesheets and payroll adjustments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail with analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, respond to payroll-related inquiries, review provider compensation contracts, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly compensation invoices for independent contractors, ensuring payments are calculated and processed in accordance with contractual terms.
• Research and resolve payment issues with clinical providers, accounting, and HR to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Check payroll invoice information for accuracy and ensure all relevant documentation is in order.
• Produce reports for management review and perform analysis of payroll information.
