Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC seeks a Provider Compensation Coordinator to support payroll processing, contract review, and contractor invoicing. Qualifications

• Assoc degree or 3 years payroll experience.
• 1 year hospital/medical group payroll background or as payroll coordinator.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge; able to process timesheets and payroll adjustments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Review provider compensation contracts and prepare invoices.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly compensation invoices for independent contractors.
• Produce reports for management review.
• Analyze payroll information and investigate pay variances.
• Maintain internal controls and reconciliation procedures for audits.
• Ensure confidentiality of salary and staff information.
• Maintain health system and regulatory records; support other payroll duties.
