Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to grow patient referrals by building and nurturing relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other clinicians who refer for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.

You’ll be in the field most of the week, spotting opportunities, connecting and converting leads, and sustaining partnerships through in-person visits and thoughtful outreach. Competitive salary, meaningful equity, health benefits, and flexible PTO are included.
