Intuitive Health is seeking a Director of Provider Operations to lead staffing, compensation, and performance for our physician and APP workforce across the Texas market. You will partner with Market President, CMO, and site leadership in a high-visibility role influencing how our provider group scales as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience with provider compensation models, contracts, and incentive structures.
• Track record partnering with recruiting and talent acquisition teams.
• Operations leadership experience in physician/provider services or medical group management.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and budget with Market President and executive leadership.
• Oversee staffing strategy to ensure coverage across locations.
• Support provider compensation administration, contracts, and incentives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit physicians and APPs for new sites.
• Lead retention and culture initiatives with physician leadership.
