Enable Dental seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead the Texas region, oversee multiple markets, and drive growth with Clinical Team Managers. This executive role shapes strategy, staff development, and patient outcomes across high-growth mobile healthcare delivery.

You will travel across Dallas, Austin, Houston and Lubbock, partner with clients, optimize operations, and scale capabilities as we expand to new markets with a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of multi-site healthcare or service operations leadership.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Proven success managing regional or multi-market operations with $5M+ P&L responsibility.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance across revenue growth, labor, margins, and efficiency.
• Develop and lead Clinical Team Managers; foster ownership and data-driven decisions.
• Drive scalable operational best practices; remove barriers in scheduling, staffing, logistics, and patient experience.
• Accelerate growth through market expansion, launches, ramp-ups, and collaborations with internal teams.
• Strengthen strategic partnerships with clients and facility partners; ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay connected to the field with regular travel and site visits; reinforce standards.
