Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• 1 year in Ambulatory practice management, medical staff/physician services, hospital credentialing, physician recruitment, or related field.

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and retention for new physicians and providers.
• Serve as a resource to candidates and Medical Staff leaders in requisition, recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, retention and off-boarding.
• Support onboarding and integration of employed, affiliated, and independent providers to ensure a consistent experience.

The Onboarding Specialist supports the onboarding and integration of employed, affiliated, and independent providers, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience and fostering provider engagement across the Munson Healthcare system.

• 1 year in Ambulatory practice management, medical staff/physician services, hospital credentialing, physician recruitment, or related field
