Truck Tire Now Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network Operations & Provider Relations Specialist to manage onboarding, credentialing, and the ongoing administration of our nationwide network of roadside tire service professionals.

This role is remote in the United States with minimal travel, and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will guide applicants through onboarding, verify required documentation, maintain provider records, coordinate agreements, and ensure every provider meets

Competenze

• 3+ years in onboarding, operations, provider relations, or credentialing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience handling confidential records with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage onboarding for new roadside tire service professionals.
• Verify licenses, certifications, insurance, and other compliance documents.
• Maintain provider records and coordinate independent contractor agreements.
• Monitor renewals and ensure ongoing compliance across the network.
• Serve as primary contact for provider support and onboarding questions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Tech teams to prep providers for dispatches.
