# Commercial Tire Quality & Training ManagerOperations · Remote (United States) — Travel Required: Approximately 50% · Full time### Position SummaryTruck Tire Now Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced **Commercial Tire Quality & Training Manager** to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our nationwide quality assurance and technician training programs.This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that every service provider representing the Truck Tire Now platform delivers safe, professional, and consistent roadside commercial tire service. The successful candidate will establish training standards, evaluate technician performance, maintain certification programs, and conduct field audits while helping expand our nationwide network of qualified roadside tire service professionals.This position requires extensive experience in commercial truck tire installation, a passion for training others, and the ability to travel throughout the United States to support new market launches and ongoing quality initiatives.### Primary Responsibilities* Develop, implement, and manage the Truck Tire Now Quality Assurance Program.* Develop standardized installation procedures and operating guidelines.* Create and maintain technician training materials, manuals, videos, and certification programs.* Recruit, onboard, train, evaluate, and certify new roadside tire service professionals joining the Truck Tire Now platform.* Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on field training.* Evaluate technician competency through written and practical examinations.* Perform periodic field audits to ensure compliance with Truck Tire Now quality and safety standards.* Investigate customer complaints and quality issues and implement corrective actions.* Monitor service quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.* Maintain technician certification records and continuing education requirements.* Assist with developing best practices for roadside safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.* Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Customer Support to improve service delivery.* Support new market launches by assisting with technician onboarding and operational readiness.* Travel throughout the United States to conduct training sessions, field evaluations, and quality inspections.### Qualifications & Requirements### Qualifications* Minimum 7 years of commercial truck tire installation experience.* Demonstrated experience training or supervising commercial tire technicians.* Extensive knowledge of commercial truck tire service, wheel-end components, mounting and demounting procedures, balancing, torque specifications, and roadside safety practices.* Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and DOT regulations applicable to roadside service.* Experience developing training materials, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance programs.* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.* Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.* Comfortable conducting both classroom and hands-on technical instruction.* Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business applications.* Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the United States.* Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air and automobile.### Preferred Qualifications* ASE certifications or equivalent industry certifications.* Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.* Experience with fleet maintenance operations.* Experience managing geographically dispersed field technicians.* Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or online training platforms.### What Success Looks LikeWithin the first year, the successful candidate will:* Build and launch the Truck Tire Now Quality Assurance Program.* Develop standardized technician certification requirements.* Train and certify new service professionals entering the Truck Tire Now network.* Establish measurable quality and performance standards.* Implement recurring quality audits across all operating markets.* Reduce service quality issues through proactive training and continuous improvement.* Help ensure a consistent customer experience across every Truck Tire Now service area.### Why Join Truck Tire Now Technologies?Truck Tire Now Technologies, Inc. is building a nationwide technology platform that connects commercial truck drivers and fleet operators with qualified roadside tire service professionals through real-time digital dispatch.
