Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a Network Support Manager to optimize the provider network for access, quality, and performance. The role focuses on operational execution, issue resolution, provider engagement, and alignment with value-based performance goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow for facility contracts, participating in improvement projects, and creating tools to support contract implementation and administration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience in health care.
• MBA, MHA or related graduate degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' health care industry experience with provider relations, facility contracts and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day training, guidance and management of department activities.
• Analyze and coordinate strategies to ensure accurate administration of facility provider contracts across lines of business.
• Create tools to assist contract implementation and administration.
• Interface with providers on contractual obligations, education, and provider operations manual updates.
• Coordinate projects to ensure accurate facility and provider reimbursement policies and procedures.
