Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Provider Network Manager in Westwood, MA to grow and optimize our Massachusetts affiliate network under value-based care contracts. You will lead provider relations, analyze performance data, and partner with leaders to hit KPI targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
Experience with provider networks and primary care practices is desired.
Understanding of value-based care payment models is preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage primary care providers and practices and document obstacles within our affiliate network.
Review trended performance and report progress against KPI targets.
Collaborate with clinical, quality, and risk leaders to improve network performance.
Advise leadership on providers at risk of leaving and develop retention plans.
Assess network viability and identify opportunities or risks.
Build a culture of accountability and coordinate administrative and provider teams to meet network goals.
Maintain knowledge of all affiliate providers in the assigned region.
