Job summary

Trinity Health MercyOne PHSO is seeking a Provider Network and Operations Coordinator to support the operations team, manage the Provider Network Directory, and assist with compliance and auditing.

The role requires coordinating with medical staff offices, Chapter governance, regulatory bodies, and partnered providers to maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries while upholding Trinity Health’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of educational requirements, previous work history and years of experience may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of experience with a healthcare system, health plan or healthcare accrediting body.
• Prior experience in project coordination preferred.
• Experience in ACOs and knowledge of value-based care is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong verbal communication and critical thinking skills required.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables required.
• Excellent project management skills strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated presentation skills preferred.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health and MercyOne.

Responsibilities

• Provides Provider Network support to implement and maintain an accurate, NCQA-compliant Provider Network Directory and coordinates with Medical Staff Offices, Physician Recruitment and Employment, and Clinic Managers.
• Assists in management of PHSO Participant Agreements and Network Contracting and responds to inquiries related to the Provider Network and Directory.
• Supports compliance by coordinating documentation, audits, and inquiries from governing bodies/regulatory agencies.
• Assists with agenda creation, presentations, and minutes for Provider Network Council and Chapter Governance Meetings; tracks deliverables and reports.
• Maintains PHSO directories, websites, and SharePoint education content.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager and learns applicable laws and policies to ensure ethical behavior.
