Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years’ contracting experience (value-based, shared savings and ACO development) or equivalent background.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex contracts with large health systems in Commercial line of business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate resources, special projects/initiatives, or network planning in a leadership capacity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for local contracting efforts or specialized components of the contracting process.
• Typically lead large-scale, multi-faceted negotiations.
• Represent the business unit on enterprise initiatives related to network management and lead impactful projects.
• Assist management in network development planning and mentor field staff.
