Job summary

Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager I to manage relationships with a portfolio of provider practices within an assigned territory.

You will partner with practice leaders, clinicians and staff to drive adoption, satisfaction, and quality and risk adjustment performance. You will review performance data, develop engagement and improvement plans, collaborate with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of provider-facing account management or related experience.
• Experience working with a large health system supporting provider practices or managing provider relationships.
• Knowledge of value-based care, quality measures, risk adjustment, and Medicare programs (HEDIS/Stars where relevant).
• Ability to analyze and present performance information and communicate effectively in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of provider practices.
• Review provider participation, quality and risk adjustment performance; present data-informed insights and recommendations.
• Develop and execute practice-specific engagement and performance improvement plans; identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Partner with Clinical Operations on record preparation and practice workflows, and with Sales/Customer Success on transitions and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments and progress in Salesforce and other tools.
• Support provider education on Vatica Health offerings and Cozeva capabilities.
