Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related work experience required
• 0-1 year supervisory/management experience required
• 3-5 years related work experience in physician group practice management, provider enrollment relations, contract management or credentialing
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and behavioral health provider enrollment
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and feedback to the enrollment team.
• Maintain and update policy and procedures for enrollment.
• Track delegated credentialing agreements and audits with health plans.
• Monitor enrollment performance metrics and drive quality initiatives.
• Ensure enrollment with payors is completed within required time frames.
• Interpret enrollment criteria for payor contracts and risk contracting.
• Oversee provider list reconciliation and binding authority documentation.
• Manage relationships with payors to resolve enrollment issues.
• Develop educational programs for providers on new enrollment directives.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to provider and hospital data.
