Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of payer enrollment experience. CPCS or PESC certification is preferred but not mandatory; strong communication and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete government payer enrollment for new providers and groups/locations.
• Collect enrollment information from providers and existing records.
• Perform maintenance updates and re-verification within timeframes.
• Maintain data on providers and groups including location changes and demographics.
• Update internal/external databases reflecting payer participation.
• Submit enrollment applications to state Medicare/Medicaid programs as needed.
• Submit enrollment applications before opening or acquiring groups/locations.
