Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related work experience; 0-1 years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and behavioral health provider enrollment.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and feedback to the enrollment team.
• Maintain and update enrollment policy and procedures with payors and internal partners.
• Track delegated credentialing agreements and coordinate audits with payors.
• Ensure enrollment with payors is completed within required time frames to optimize revenue capture.
• Oversee provider lists and binding authority documentation for payors.
• Manage relations with payors to resolve operational enrollment issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects related to provider and hospital data.
