Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking Supervisors of Provider Enrollment to lead the enrollment team and ensure high-quality, compliant processing of provider enrollment transactions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in provider enrollment or credentialing, supervisory experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related work experience; 0–1 year supervisory/management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years related work experience in physician group practice management, provider enrollment relations, contract management or credentialing.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and behavioral health provider enrollment.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access); ability to produce complex documents and maintain databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and feedback to the enrollment team.
• Maintain and update enrollment policies and procedures.
• Coordinate delegated credentialing agreements and provider enrollments with payors.
• Track performance metrics and implement quality initiatives in enrollment operations.
• Ensure enrollment with payors is completed within required time frames.
• Ensure compliance with payor contracts and enrollment criteria.
• Manage relationships with payors to resolve operational issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to provider and hospital data.
• Develop educational programs for participating providers on new directives (HIPAA, Medicare Reform Act, NPI).
• Oversee hiring, termination, corrective actions and performance reviews.
