Qualifikationen

• Two years of related experience preferred in billing, enrollment, or healthcare finance.

Aufgaben

• Provide input into internal processes with the Business Office department, ensuring timeliness and completeness of billing outputs.
• Support oversight of Accounts Receivable processes, focusing on billings, collections, enrollment, and reporting.
• Oversees the production capability of the provider enrollment department.
• Plan and control effective practices to ensure providers are enrolled accurately with payers promptly.
• Implement and monitor compliance with revenue cycle policies to lower enrollment denials.
• Respond to third-party inquiries and initiate appropriate action.
• Ensure staff productivity by tracking performance metrics.
• Coordinate and communicate with billing and enrollment teams to resolve denial issues.
• Maintain the Provider Enrollment Database and issue monthly status reports.
• Collaborates with outside billing companies as needed.
