Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems in Mobile, AL seeks a Provider Enrollment Supervisor to manage denials and enrollment applications for all providers across payers. You will oversee provider enrollment database, ensure timely enrollment, coordinate with Alabama DMH, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payers, and support billing and enrollment teams to reduce denials while maintaining accurate records.

A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2+ years of experience preferred; MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with provider enrollment, insurance billing and/or healthcare financial operations preferred.
• Proven supervisory skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control effective practices to ensure providers are enrolled accurately with payers in a timely manner.
• Monitor compliance with revenue cycle policies and reduce enrollment denials.
• Coordinate enrollment with Alabama Department of Mental Health, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payers.
• Maintain Provider Enrollment Database and produce monthly status reports.
• Collaborate with billing and enrollment teams to resolve provider enrollment issues.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication with providers and internal staff.
• Assist with performance improvement activities and committee participation.
• Provide input into internal processes with Business Office to ensure timely, complete outputs.
