Job summary

IHCS is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist to educate and inform our Home Health Network providers and health plan partners. You will play a key role in communicating policies, improving collaboration, and supporting care coordination to deliver high-quality in-home care services.

The role requires 2 years in Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of managed care concepts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of managed care concepts.
• Current working knowledge of the insurance industry claims process and practices.

Responsibilities

• Educate and inform IHCS Home Health Network providers and those contracted with health plans we serve.
• Support provider relations and care coordination efforts to enhance patient outcomes.

What Will You Be Doing

The Provider Engagement Specialist is responsible for educating and informing IHCS Home Health Network providers and providers that are contracted directly with health plans that we serve.

What Will You Need To Succeed

• 2-year Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems experience.
• Proficient in MS Office -Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
• Current working knowledge of the insurance industry claims process, and its practices.
